Shipping policy

Orders placed for in-stock products are typically processed and verified within 2-3 business days, unless flagged for further review and verification. We use UPS / FedEx to ship all orders. All products should be inspected upon arrival as shipping damage claims must be made within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Photographs may be required.  Signature service must be requested at the time of order and will incur an additional shipping charge.

 

FORWARDING SERVICES NOT ALLOWED

DAV does not ship products to any address which provides forwarding services.  Orders where the shipping address is associated with a forwarding service or business which provides that service will not be accepted. 

 

Title to Goods

Purchases of product through DAV are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and DAV is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery. Any claim of goods received as incorrect/damaged must be made within the 14 day return window. Any claims of incorrect product or DOA after the 14 day return window will not be honored.

Ground Shipping

Ground can take up to 3-5 days once shipped depending on your location, weather conditions and other variables. Most standard shipments are delivered in three to five days from the shipping date. You can track your order in your DAV user account after shipping.

Express shipping
Express shipping can be requested for orders shipping to addresses in the United States,. Express shipments are delivered based on the class of service selected by the customer and must be made by arrangement prior to purchase.
