Enclave CineTech Live Assist allows Enclave trained and certified technicians to remotely access your Enclave CineHub based home theater product with the single push of a button by the customer in the Enclave app, live and in real time.

A CineTech Live Assist connection is initiated by a customer at the instruction of an Enclave Technician. CineTech live assist allows our technicians to diagnose issues, troubleshoot reported issues, and even remotely setup, calibrate, and tune your Enclave system for optimium performance.

Privacy is never an issue as CineTech live assist is only available when a customer initiates a CineTech session and a customer system cannot be accessed without the customer sending the connection request.
