Enclave CineTech Live Support Beta

Currently, this beta is only for Android users. iOS beta to open to users in May 2021.

This allows for a trained Enclave Technician to access your CineHub remotely to troubleshoot, calibrate and insure that your CineHome II/CineHome PRO system are functioning properly and assist with setup issues.

NOTE: Enclave technicians cannot offer support for third party hardware including devices connected to your TV and the TV itself. Due to legal and liability concerns, we can only support devices we manufacture. We appreciate your understanding.

Get beta versions of Enclave apps

Important: To get the beta version of the Enclave app, the public version app must already be installed on your device.
  1. Open the Play Store Google Play.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & devices and then Installed.
  4. Tap an app to open its detail page.
  5. Under “Join the beta,” tap Join and then Join.

Find your Enclave beta update

NOTE: It can take a few moments for the beta status for the Enclave app to activate on your account once you've joined.

  1. Open the Play Store Google Play.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon
  3. Tap Manage apps & devices and then Beta.
  4. Click Update

Your app now will be the beta version of the app from your device desktop. You do not need to go into the Beta section each time to access the app.

The current beta version of the app is 1.0.30

Leave a beta program

Important: When you leave and uninstall a beta Enclave app, you may lose your progress and any customizations you made to the app.
  1. Open the Play Store Google Play.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & devices and then Beta.
  4. Find the app you want to leave.
  5. Tap the app to open its detail page.
  6. Under “You’re a beta tester," tap Leave and then Leave.

Tip: If you leave an early access or beta program, your space opens up and someone else may take it. You’re not guaranteed to get your space in the beta program back later.

 

After leaving beta program, redownload the app’s public version

To continue to use the app after you leave the beta program:
  1. Uninstall the app. Learn how to uninstall apps.
  2. Reinstall the public version of the app. Learn how to reinstall apps.

The current public version of the Enclave Android app is 1.0.28
